Markets Served: Fleet Oil Analysis
Protection From Costly Downtime
How do you really know what's going on inside your equipment? Through the analysis of used oil in your fleet’s engines and geared compartments, and by testing fuel quality and coolant systems.
Shell LubeAnalyst has decades of experience in diagnostic services for equipment used in construction and mining, the transit and marine industries.
From Shell LubeAnalyst, customers get expert evaluations and specific maintenance recommendations. Recommendations that not only correct indicated problems, but more importantly, rectify their causes.

Shell LubeAnalyst helps to ensure fleet productivity by providing reports and data that allow equipment users to monitor the condition of their equipment.

With Shell LubeAnalyst, customers understand the what, when, where and the why of things happening inside their engines and geared drives.

Shell LubeAnalyst is the most thorough, yet easiest to use preventive maintenance program in the industry.

Within 24 hours after receipt of your oil samples, lab technicians perform their tests using the most advanced equipment and instrumentation available.
Expert data analysts study the test results for contaminants and/or wear particles that may be present. Using an extensive computerized database that contains files on thousands of component makes and models—and sampling history records compiled since the early 1960s, these analysts identify any abnormal wear, contamination and oil related problems.

Before making their recommendations, they refer to the equipment's age, the type and time since last service, the make and model of the component.

Should abnormal or critical conditions be detected, Shell LubeAnalyst calls immediately to discuss the test results and corrective action recommendations. Test reports can be downloaded through LOAMS® or sent to your location.
